Dr. D.K Bharti is the founder and Director of the institute. He is a teacher by passion and career mentor by vast experience. He completed his education from Banaras Hindu University from Graduation to Doctorate in Agriculture with Gold Medal during 1987 to 1996. He served as scientist in CIPHET, PAU Campus, ICAR, Govt. of India (1996-2013). Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, freedom fighter & founder of BHU, has been his inspiration for establishing Panacea Bharti Institute.
